Introduction and Acceptance

Age, Compliance and KYC

Account Registration, Security and Single Account Policy
To access Site functionality, you must open a personal account in your own name. You may maintain only one active account per person, address, email, and IP address. Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds
Financial operations linked to your account are processed by Me777 or its designated payment partners. Deposits and withdrawals are conducted through available payment methods on the Site. Withdrawals are typically processed using the same method used to fund the account where feasible. The minimum deposit per transaction is €20 or equivalent in the chosen currency. The maximum deposit amount depends on the method used and will be shown at the time of deposit. Funds are not deposited or held as bank deposits and do not bear interest. You authorize Me777 to debit funds for any applicable winnings, fees, or obligations under these Terms or applicable law. Third party deposits are strictly prohibited; Me777 may confiscate funds or suspend accounts if third party funding is detected.
Available currencies include EUR, USD, NZD, CHF, AUD, NOK, CAD, PLN and SEK. Currency conversion fees apply if the deposit or withdrawal currency differs from your account currency, and you are responsible for any such costs.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
Refunds are governed by the payment method and Me777’s refund policy. A refund request may be considered only if submitted within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if another individual accessed the account. Refunds may be delayed pending verification. If a chargeback or reversal is detected, Me777 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend or close the account.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms published with each promotion. Promotions may be amended, suspended, or cancelled at Me777’s sole discretion. Wagering requirements, eligibility, and time limits apply to all bonuses. Wagered and bonus balances are not withdrawable until all stipulated conditions are satisfied, where applicable.

Use of VPN or other geolocation circumvention tools to bypass provider blocks is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings. Termination, Suspension and Dormant Accounts
Me777 may suspend or terminate a Player’s account for breach of these Terms or for reasonable cause, including fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with KYC procedures. An inactive or dormant account (defined as no login activity for six consecutive months) may be closed with any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with the applicable rules. A closed account cannot be reopened except at Me777’s sole discretion.
Miscellaneous
These Terms comprise the entire agreement between you and Me777 regarding the Site and supersede all prior understandings. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Me777 may assign these Terms at its discretion. Notices under these Terms may be provided on the Site or via secure communications.
